Custom Vinyl Stickers — Waterproof, Laminated, Printed in Toronto
Vinyl is the material that makes a sticker survive. Paper stickers soak up water and tear; vinyl doesn't absorb anything, conforms to soft curves, and holds ink that stays put. Every custom vinyl sticker we make is printed at our shop in North York, Toronto on white vinyl, sealed with a scratch-resistant laminate, and cut to whatever shape your artwork needs. They go on laptops, water bottles, product packaging, storefront windows, toolboxes and car bumpers, indoors or out.
What you're getting
Waterproof vinyl with a gloss or matte laminate over the print. Gloss makes colours brighter and suits logos, product branding and anything sold under shop lighting; matte has no glare, and more of our customers order it than gloss. The laminate is what stops scratches and fading — the ink sits under it, not on top — so a sticker on a water bottle survives daily washing and a sticker on a bumper comes through a Canadian winter. Both finishes are rated for indoor and outdoor use.
What customers say
“This is such a great product for water bottles because they are waterproof and will not fade or tear. I've ordered from other companies before and the vinyl was paper-thin.” — JC, verified buyer, May 2025
“I ordered 8 different vinyl sticker designs from my watercolor paintings and the quality is really amazing! Colours are vibrant and accurate, the quality of the vinyl is great.” — Isabelle A., verified buyer, July 2025
“I ordered 250 stickers on glossy vinyl, and I'm so happy with how they turned out. The artwork is sharp, the colours are vibrant, and the vinyl is high quality.” — Vena C., verified buyer, September 2024

Sizes, shapes and price
Presets at 2" × 2", 3" × 3" and 4" × 4", or enter your own size. Cut to your artwork's outline (a die cut), rounded corners, oval/round, or rectangle/square. Price depends on size and quantity and drops fast with volume: at 2" × 2", 50 vinyl stickers are $54.51, 250 are $157.99 and 1,000 are $296.53 (about 30¢ each); at 3" × 3", 1,000 are $535.94 — live prices as of September 11, 2026, before tax. There is no minimum: choose Custom Quantity and enter the number you need. Free shipping on orders over $100 to Canada and the US (US tariffs, if any, are charged on delivery), or pick up in North York.
Four designs, one order
Upload up to 4 different artwork files in a single order and split the quantity between them any way you like — 100 of one design and 50 each of three others, priced at the largest size in the batch. For an artist with a range or a shop with several products, that is one order at the 250 price instead of four small ones.
Which vinyl sticker do you need?
This page is the plain, do-anything vinyl sticker: white vinyl, laminated, cut to shape. If you want a specific format, these are the same vinyl with a different cut or finish: die cut stickers (cut through the backing, each one a single piece), kiss cut stickers (cut through the vinyl only, on an easy-peel backing), clear stickers (transparent vinyl, no white background), holographic stickers and sticker sheets. For cars, boats and outdoor gear, the waterproof stickers collection groups everything built for weather.
Artwork
Upload a PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or PSD. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background works for most people; vector files are best for logos and text. You don't need to draw a cut line — we build one from your artwork's outline at proofing. The mistake we see most is text set too small for the sticker size: keep body text at 7 pt or larger and leave a small margin inside the edge.
Ordering
Upload your file, pick a size, quantity, cut and finish, and check out. You get a digital proof, usually within 24 hours, showing the exact cut line and colours; if something is off, tell us and we revise it at no charge. Approve it and production takes 1–3 business days, then the stickers ship or are ready for pickup.
Questions we get
Are vinyl stickers waterproof? Yes. The vinyl doesn't absorb water and the laminate protects the print, so they hold up on water bottles, outdoors in the rain and on a car.
What's the difference between vinyl stickers and die cut stickers? Die cut is a way of cutting; vinyl is the material. Our die cut stickers are vinyl stickers cut to the outline of the artwork. If you choose the custom cut option on this page, you're ordering exactly that.
Do you make vinyl cut stickers? Yes — every sticker here is printed on vinyl and cut to shape. Choose custom cut for your artwork's outline, or a rounded-corner, oval or rectangle cut.
Gloss or matte? Gloss for brighter colours and product branding; matte for no glare and a softer look. Matte is the more popular of the two. Same vinyl, same laminate, same price.
Is there a minimum order? No. Choose Custom Quantity and enter the number you need.
Do you ship to the United States? Yes — free shipping on orders over $100. Any US tariffs are charged on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

great quality
Stickers are great! Will be placing another order soon for bigger ones!
Great company to order local! They were quick with the production, proofs and shipping. The stickers are high quality and super glossy, which I am quite happy with. I think the pricing is a little expensive for how small some of the designs come out to being when restricted to 2x2, but that's more on me than the company itself. I would highly recommend them as a local business.
My order was received, approved and sent in an excellent fashion. Highly recommend. Very satisfied.
