Custom Roll Labels & Sticker Rolls — Printed in Toronto, Waterproof, Freezer Grade
A roll label is the label you use when you have a hundred jars on the counter and an afternoon to fill them. Every label sits on a continuous roll on a 3" core, so it loads into a hand dispenser or a label applicator and peels one after the other without stopping to find the next sheet. We print and cut them at our shop in North York on waterproof, freezer-grade BOPP with a gloss or matte laminate, cut to any shape you like.
What they're made of
One material, because it's the one that works: BOPP, a plastic film that doesn't absorb water, printed in full colour and finished with a laminate. Gloss makes colours brighter and suits sauces, drinks and anything sold under shop lighting; matte has no glare and suits candles, skincare and craft products that want a quieter look. The result is rated for the fridge, the freezer and the dishwasher, so a label on a jar of jam or a bottle of hot sauce still reads after the bottle has been washed. We don't print roll labels on paper — paper is cheaper for a day, and unreadable after the first condensation ring.
Sizes and shapes
Presets at 2" × 2", 3" × 3" and 4" × 4"; Custom Size takes anything up to 7.5" × 12", which covers a wrap label on most sauce and drink bottles or a lid label on a 4 oz tin. Choose the cut: your artwork's outline, rounded corners, oval/round, or rectangle/square. Not sure what fits your container? Put the container's size or the product name in the order notes and we'll flag any fit problem on the proof.
Price
Roll labels are priced by size and quantity, and the per-label price falls fast with volume. At 2" × 2", 500 labels are $113.54 (about 23¢ each) and 1,000 are $184.03 (about 18¢ each) — live prices as of September 10, 2026, before tax. There is no minimum: choose Custom Quantity and enter 30 if that's the batch. Free shipping on orders over $100 to Canada and the US (US tariffs, if any, are charged on delivery).
Four designs, one order
You can upload up to 4 different artwork files in a single order and split the quantity between them any way you like — 300 of your best seller, 100 each of two new flavours, 50 of a seasonal label. The order is priced at the largest size in the batch. For a product line with several SKUs this is the difference between one order and four.
The artwork mistake we see most
Ingredient lists and nutrition text set too small. Anything under 6 pt prints well and clear, but it doesn't read on a curved jar under a kitchen light. We recommend body text at 7 pt or larger, keep the background clear behind it, and leave a small margin inside the cut line so nothing important sits on the edge. We check every file at proofing and tell you before anything prints.
Who orders them
Food and drink makers first — honey, jam, hot sauce, spice blends, beer and wine, water bottles for events. Candle and skincare makers labelling small-batch jars. Bakeries sealing boxes. Retailers running a promotion who need the same sticker on the roll a thousand times. If your label has a specific container, the honey, jam & jelly, spice, hot sauce, beer, wine, water bottle and candle pages carry sizing advice for it; the label itself is this one.
Ordering
Upload a PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or PSD. No template needed. You get a digital proof, usually within 24 hours, showing the cut line. Approve it and production takes 1–3 business days, then the rolls ship — free on orders over $100 to Canada and the US, with any US tariffs charged on delivery — or you pick up in North York.
Questions we get
Are roll labels the same as stickers on a roll? Yes. "Sticker rolls", "labels on a roll" and "roll labels" are the same product: die-cut labels supplied on a continuous roll instead of as loose singles or sheets.
What core size are the rolls? 3", the standard for label dispensers and applicators.
Are they waterproof and dishwasher safe? Yes — BOPP film with a laminate over the print. They are also freezer grade, so they stay put on frozen goods.
Is there a minimum order? No. Choose Custom Quantity and enter the number you need.
What's the biggest label you can put on a roll? 7.5" × 12".
Can I mix designs in one order? Yes, up to 4 designs, split any way you like. The order is priced at the largest size.
Do you print on paper or kraft? No. Roll labels are BOPP only; for a canvas-textured look on candles see textured candle labels.
I need the label cut to my logo's shape as loose stickers, not on a roll. That's a die cut sticker — same vinyl and laminate, supplied as singles.

I’ve had such a great experience working with Sira Print for my business, Coals & Cocoa Confections. The quality of my labels has been excellent, the pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service has been wonderful. They’ve been helpful, responsive, and easy to work with every step of the way which means a lot when you’re running a small business and have a million things on the go!
I’m extremely happy with the finished product and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sira Print to other small businesses looking for quality printing and great service.

Sira Print is awesome. They always ship fast and everything is high quality. Highly recommend!
Always great! These stickers are truly the best. The colors are vibrant and they're made to last! So happy we found Sira Print.
I was surprised at how expensive and high end the labels felt. It was my first time ordering matte and both matte and gloss had an amazing feel to it. It will definitely elevate my products.
The labels were great! They came as described, and were on time!
